PawScheduler ("we," "us," or "our") is a scheduling platform built for solo and mobile dog groomers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website at pawscheduler.app, our web application at app.pawscheduler.app, and our SMS scheduling assistant (collectively, the "Service").

PawScheduler operates an SMS scheduling assistant that allows grooming clients to book, view, and cancel appointments by texting a dedicated phone number.

Clients are enrolled in SMS messaging when their groomer adds their phone number to the PawScheduler system and enables SMS for their account. Enrollment is specific to text message communications only and is separate from any email or phone call communications. By providing your phone number to your groomer and consenting to SMS, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages sent from PawScheduler on behalf of your groomer.
Opt-in consent is obtained directly from the client by their groomer and is recorded in the PawScheduler system. Opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing or any non-service-related purposes.
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Types of messages include:
We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. All messages are transactional and appointment-related only.
Message frequency varies. A typical client may receive 2–4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and any scheduling conversation replies). Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, reply START.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through PawScheduler are used solely to deliver the scheduling service described above. This information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to appointment scheduling.

Client data entered by a groomer is visible to that groomer and used to provide the scheduling service. Groomers are responsible for handling client data in compliance with applicable laws.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
If PawScheduler is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Billing records are retained for seven years as required by tax law.
SMS conversation history is retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
