What PawScheduler does
PawScheduler gives a one-person grooming business a calendar, client and pet records with behavior tags, automatic reminders, online booking, digital intake forms and waivers, recurring appointments and daycare scheduling. Higher plans add texting from your own business number, multi-dog appointments, vaccine alerts, report cards, your day on a map with turn-by-turn directions, and payments through Stripe. On the Pro plan, an AI assistant answers clients' booking texts and books, reschedules or cancels against your real calendar.
Who it's for
Groomers who work alone, from a van, a home studio or a small shop. It is designed to be used from a phone, between appointments.
How it's different
- Built for one groomer. No staff scheduling, boarding or retail modules to pay for or learn. Simple daycare scheduling is built in from Basic for groomers who offer it.
- A free plan. Up to 50 appointments a month, unlimited clients and pets, digital waivers, no credit card.
- No cut of your payments. Card payments go through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard 2.9% plus 30 cents, and PawScheduler takes nothing on top.
- Flat monthly prices. Free, then $19.99, $49.99 or $79.99 a month.
What it doesn't do
PawScheduler does not offer multi-groomer team scheduling, boarding or kennel management, full daycare facility management, or retail point of sale. Simple daycare scheduling is included from Basic, and Growth and Pro map your day in order with turn-by-turn directions. If you need a multi-van fleet, staff scheduling or a boarding facility system, tools like MoeGo, Gingr or DaySmart Pet are built for that.
