Yes. The free plan includes up to 50 appointments a month, unlimited clients and pet profiles, behavioral tags, list, grid and month schedule views, digital waivers, and email reminders for your first 25 appointments each month. No credit card is required.

Basic adds unlimited appointments, editable services and pricing, add-ons and fees, pet photos, unlimited email reminders and confirmations, custom intake form questions, a self-booking link, 48-hour confirmation requests, recurring appointments, daycare, booking page themes and revenue tracking. Growth adds text reminders from your own business number with a two-way inbox, multi-pet bookings, your day on a map with unlimited turn-by-turn directions, smart reordering (15 a month), report cards, vaccine expiration alerts, color-coded service areas and unpaid appointment tracking. Pro adds Stripe client payments, the AI texting assistant and unlimited smart reordering.

No. You can sign up and use the free plan without a credit card.

Yes. Email reminders are included on every plan: your first 25 appointments a month on Free, unlimited on Basic and up, where you also choose when they're sent. On Growth and Pro, reminders also go out by text from your own business number. Basic and up add 48-hour confirmation requests and a manual reminder button.

Yes, on Basic and up. Clients use your personal booking link in any browser, verify with their name and the last four digits of their phone number, and pick an open time. No app or account is needed.

Yes. You can require approval for bookings made through your link, which is useful for vetting new clients.

Yes, on the Pro plan. Clients text your business number and the AI assistant checks your real calendar, offers open times and books the appointment.

It books, reschedules and cancels appointments through text conversations with your clients. It works from your actual calendar, respects your working hours, breaks and existing appointments, and enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy.

No. Payments run through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard online rate of 2.9% plus 30 cents, and PawScheduler takes nothing on top.

Pro. Payments are sent as a link by text or email, and clients can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Yes, on Growth and Pro. Each pet keeps its own services, price and duration.

Yes, on Basic and higher. Choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly with an end date. Dates that are already full are skipped, and you get a summary of what was created.

Yes, on Basic and up. Clients pick a drop-off and pick-up time, daycare dogs have their own limit, and they never take up your grooming slots. It is daycare scheduling, not boarding or kennel management.

On Growth and Pro you record vaccine expiry dates for each pet, and PawScheduler texts clients 30 and 7 days before a vaccine expires.

Yes. Digital waivers are included on every plan, including Free, and are stored with a timestamp. Intake forms are on Basic and up: new clients complete the form, which creates their client and pet profiles. You can send both by email, or by text on Growth and Pro.

Tags such as Bites, Anxious or Senior that appear the moment you open an appointment, so you see warnings before you start. They are included on every plan, including the free plan.

Yes. It is phone-first and works from a van, a home studio or a shop. On Growth and Pro, your day's stops appear on a map in order with turn-by-turn directions.

Yes, on Growth ($49.99) and above: your day's stops appear on a map in order with unlimited turn-by-turn directions, and on flexible days Smart Reorder finds the order with the least driving (15 times a month on Growth, unlimited on Pro). Free and Basic don't include the map. There are no multi-van fleet tools.

It is built around one groomer. Businesses with several groomers, boarding or a full daycare facility are better served by a facility-oriented system.

No. Clients book through a link in any browser, or by text on the Pro plan.
